POTENTIAL BENEFITS OF REFLEXOLOGY?
reduce stress & anxiety, reduce pain, lift mood, improve general well-being
Reflexology, an integrative health practice, maps a reflection of the body predominantly on the feet, hands and outer ears. It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure
to neural pathways, assisting the body to function optimally.
Reflexology is a recognized care option for women’s health issues by the NIH.
Footprints Reflexology has been providing skilled reflexology combining feet, hands, and ears
in New England for over 22 years.
Kelly Urso NBCR has studied with local and international teachers as well as served as President for the National Council for Reflexology Educators (NCRE).
Reflexology is used as a mainstream, healthcare practice in many countries. For example, one in four people in Denmark get reflexology regularly, much like physical therapy. We are a growing field in America!
Teaching the Next Generation
Kelly teaches certification in foot and hand reflexology, and continued education in advanced technique, and an introduction to face and ear reflexology. She is a legislative advocate of Reflexology as a stand-alone profession in the U.S. and around the world. Reflexology is not meant to replace medical care. Please review any concerns with your health professional.
